ART AND GASTRONOMY DINNER AT THE CHÂTEAU

Saturday July 5, Visit the garden with Jean-Marc de Pas, sculptor and author of the Garden, followed by a candlelit dinner at the château with Chef Johann, booking by Monday morning June 30.

Johann Quinquenet has built up his expertise in a number of Parisian restaurants. Having fallen in love with Normandy and its riches, he settled here and developed his culinary universe and passion for the craft by creating the concept of chef à domicile in 2012. In his laboratory based in Bois Guilbert, he gives free rein to his talent to provide us with access to refined dishes. The quality of his services is based on the choice of the finest products, and the passion and experience of the Chef, surrounded by his wife Sophie and his professional team.

This project of a dinner in the Jardin, in his presence, was born of a mutual desire to offer a time of delicate sharing, to those who might wish to treat themselves to an exceptional moment.
